Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime
What’sThat is billed monthly at $500/month. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — you keep access through the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
How to cancel
Email founders@whatsthat.tech from the address used at signup, and we’ll process the cancellation for the end of your current billing month. No restocking fee or deduction of any kind applies.
Refunds
Because billing is monthly and you can cancel at any time, monthly subscription fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we’ll make it right.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we resolve billing issues quickly and directly at founders@whatsthat.tech.
